FAI Soccer Competition

Well done to our boys who took part in the 5-a-side soccer competition in Lees Road on Tuesday. It was our first outing to this competition and the boys played very well. Although they did not progress to the second round, they enjoyed their day out. Click on the link to see some pictures from the day. http://photopeach.com/album/wdiej5

FAI Schools Competition

Best of luck to some of the boys from 5th/6th class who will be participating in the FAI Schools Competition in Lees Road on Tuesday 23rd April. A special word of thanks to Martin and Olivia Tierney from Corofin Soccer Club, who kindly took the boys for training and offered them some very good advice! Go n-éirí an t-ádh libh!

Hurling Semi-Final

Our hurling team displayed skill, resilience and stamina in our recent semi-final against Quin. However, luck did not prevail on the day when the team were narrowly beaten. Well done to the entire panel and a special word of thanks to Mr. Shine, Toddy O'Loughlin and Timmy McMahon for all their hard work and encouragement.

Primary Skills Competition

Congratulations to some of our pupils who placed highly in the Cumann na mBunscol Primary Skills Competition held recently in Ennis. James Tierney, Sean O'Brien, Aisling Cleary and Ciara Corbett did themselves proud in this competition. Well done to all involved!
