Hurling Training

Hurling training for pupils from 3rd-6th class will commence in the sports field beside the school next Tuesday 6th March from 3:00-4:00pm.

Staff Badminton Coaching

School staff underwent 2 hours badminton coaching recently which was provided by Badminton Ireland. The school has acquired a substantial amount of badminton equipment and we look forward to the introduction of badminton in the school.

Boy's Football Final

Well done to our boys football team who have reached the final. The match was due to be played on Monday 24th October but due to weather conditions it was postponed until some time in November. The boys are being trained by Mr. Shine and Mr. Kelleher.

camogie final 034Congratulations to our camogie players on a marvellous display in Cusack Park, winning the Division 2 title for the first time in our school's history.

On Monday night next June 27th at 9.15pm we will have a presentation of medals to the following teams:

Camogie Division 2 County Champions

Girls' Football Division 3 County Champions

Boys' Football Division 3 Runners Up

Well done to all involved!

 

Camogie Semi-final

Congratulations to the camogie team who won their semi-final against St. Aidan's in Shannon. They now go on to contest the Division 2 Cumann na mBunscol final in Cusack Park on the 22nd or 23rd June. Well done girls!

Hard luck to the boys' hurling team who missed out in the semi-final to a strong Flagmount-Dromindoora side.

Volleyball Tournament

Mr. Kelleher's class and Ms. Macnamara's class are having a volleyball tournament. The first round was played on Tuesday. See the photo gallery for pictures.
